I'm Shivam Kumar, an MBA student specializing in Human Resource Management at CT Group of Institutions. I'm passionate about people, organizational development, and building HR systems that empower teams to perform at their best.

I have hands-on experience as an HR Intern at Solitaire Infosys and as a Learning Facilitator under the Kaushal Yuva Programme, where I trained youth in digital and soft skills. When I'm not studying, I enjoy motivational reading, Ludo, and badminton.
